Hand picked with impeccable care, specifically to suit each application. Our matcha originate from several regions, which illustrate the diversity and incredible depth of Matcha production in Japan. Each and every one exceptional in their own special way and displays characteristics unique to each producer, cultivar and region. A rigorous tasting process takes places prior to a particular matcha being chosen to match the flavour profile of a beverage, most importantly the characteristic of each must shine through and achieve a unity with the other ingredients.
